About This Course:

Technology fills our world today. It's utilized in our homes and businesses. The real estate industry is not immune from it. REALTORS® have so many technology options available that it is difficult to decide which to utilize. This course provides an overview of some of the basic technology and best practices the REALTOR® should consider.


    • Best practices for email

    • Explore online data storage options

    • List six Customer Relationship Manager sites or apps

    • Provide an overview of technology useful for managing transactions

    • Determine how to maintain and manage a social media and online presence

    • Evaluate multiple options for generating and nurturing leads with current technology

    • Consider various technologies that can help manage listings

    • Enumerate a variety of miscellaneous technologies the REALTOR® should consider

Course Attendance Requirement:
In order to receive CE credits, you must attend all hours of class instruction.
