About the Course:
This course satisfies 30 of the 60 hours required to sit for your Broker State Exam.

Note: Broker B will provide the additional 30 hours needed.
These course do not need to be taken in any particular order (i.e. Broker A before Broker B, etc.)

Course Material will be provided on the day of class.


Course Description:
The Real Estate Broker Pre-Licensing course is an introductory-level real estate principles and practices course with heavy emphasis on real estate brokerage law and practice. Primary objectives of this course are (1) to provide the student with the basic knowledge and skills necessary to act as a licensed real estate broker in a manner that protects and serves the public interest, and (2) to prepare the student for the Mississippi State real estate license examination.

Course Attendance Requirement:
In order to sit for your test and to receive your certificate of completion, you must attend all hours of class instruction.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
A minimum number of students are required for any Mississippi REALTORS® Institute class to make. If the course is cancelled, you will be notified by email.

Refunds are not available after class has started.
