About This Course: This course satisfies 30 of the 60 hours required to sit for your Broker State Exam. Note: Broker A will provide the additional 30 hours needed to complete the 60 hours Broker Pre-Licensing education requirements. The courses do not need to be taken in any particular order.
Course Description: The Real Estate Broker Pre-Licensing course is a real estate principles and practices course with heavy emphasis on real estate brokerage law and practice. Primary objectives of this course are (1) to provide the student with the basic knowledge and skills necessary to act as a licensed real estate broker in a manner that protects and serves the public interest, and (2) to prepare the student for the Mississippi State real estate license examination.
