About This Course:
Low inventory market means a skill set shift. You need to know how to generate inventory, market yourself to get more listings, handle multiple offers to the sellers AND position buyers' offers in a multiple offer setting. In this session taken right from the trenches of today's market, Maura will even address the psychology of the unrealistic seller and the disappointed/angry buyer.

What You Will Learn:

  • Put a plan in place to create more inventory, exploring strategies for creative uses of techniques and tools such as farming, social media, past client database, and more
  • Attract and win new listings by utilizing an in-depth knowledge of the market and leveraging statistics, market research, and data in new ways
  • Learn new strategies for counseling buyers and sellers and guiding them through the difficulties of the market
  • Explore strategies for success with multiple offers

Course Attendance Requirement:
You will need a device with a camera and a microphone. For clarity, we also advise you to have earphones. We must be able to see your face through your camera with the name that is on your license. Your instructor may call on you periodically so you must be present and attentive throughout the course. There will also be monitors that are certifying that you are in the virtual classroom. If your name shows as 12345, Hot Shot, iPhone, or anything other than your full name, you will not be given CE credit.
