About This Course:
Generating leads and converting them to customers is a never-ending process for REALTORS®. Many companies are available to generate leads for a price. This course is for the agent who wants to personally handle the process of leveraging technology to get leads and nurture them.

In this seminar, you will discover how to build a Facebook ad, micro-target a geographic area, run the ad, automatically import leads into your CRM for nurturing. You will also learn how to utilize a chatbot to engage with potential clients.


    • Select a broad geographic and micro geographic area to target

    • Build a lead generation Facebook ad

    • Learn how to run the ad to get maximum results

    • Import leads into a CRM manually or automatically (with a zap)

    • Develop a strategy for follow-up
