This course will take attendees through the process of identifying the everyday practices and habits that might display a lack of professionalism in the practice of real estate. The course will include visual, auditory, and interactive participation by students in achieving understanding of the expected role of real estate professionals in working with consumers and give tangible ways to improve their professionalism.
