In order to receive CE credits, you must attend all hours of class instruction. Phones are to be kept on silent. Phone calls are to be made on breaks and/or lunch.
This course will take attendees through the many areas of real estate practice that expose real estate licensees to possible transaction failure, MREC sanction, Code of Ethics violation, or consumer litigation by examining best practices that will assist in avoiding risk.
