About This Course: This course satisfies 30 of the 60 hours required to sit for your Broker Licensing Exam. Note: Broker B will provide the additional 30 hours needed to complete the 60 hours Broker Pre-Licensing education requirements. The courses do not need to be taken in any particular order.
Course Attendance Requirement: In order to sit for your test and receive your certificate of completion, you must attend all hours of class instruction.
An Introduction to your Instructor Ann Prewitt
Course Description: The Real Estate Broker Pre-Licensing course is a real estate principles and practices course with heavy emphasis on real estate brokerage law and practice. Primary objectives of this course are (1) to provide the student with the basic knowledge and skills necessary to act as a licensed real estate broker in a manner that protects and serves the public interest, and (2) to prepare the student for the Mississippi State real estate license examination.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: A minimum number of students are required for any Mississippi REALTORS® Institute class to make. If the course is cancelled, you will be notified by email. Refunds are not available after class has started.
