Course Description: Buyer Agency Agreement - All exclusive agreements shall be in writing. This course focuses on exclusive buyer agency relationships, reviews forms, and delves into protocols for presenting contracts to bind the exclusive agency relationship. After this class, you should have an understanding of the form and feel comfortable and confident in presenting it to your clients.
