Serving Clients with Special Needs is a fairly unique talk and draws on speaker’s personal experiences of raising a non-verbal child with autism as well as the many disabled clients he has helped. He is a full-time REALTOR®.
The talk includes some amazing content:
- A video interview with a disabled REALTOR® talking about her experiences in working in our industry
- A live, blinded ”ball toss” demonstration where attendees will observe the importance and usefulness of assisting special needs individuals
- Information regarding service animals and emotional support animals
- The “Do’s” and “Don’ts” of working with special needs clients
- Two mini breakout sessions for participants to discuss best practices based on their personal experiences
