About Salesperson Pre-License
When you complete the Salesperson Pre-License course, you earn your real estate license, enabling you to work in the real estate industry as a salesperson under the guidance and supervision of a licensed real estate broker.
To earn your real estate license in Mississippi, one must complete the 60-Hour Pre-Licensing education, pass the State License Exam, and complete 30-Hours of post-licensing education within 12 months of receiving the temporary Salesperson’s license. Learn more about the process in our detailed Salesperson Pre-License Guide.
