Broker A: This course provides the foundation by covering 30 of the 60 hours required to sit for your Broker Licensing Exam. You should note that Broker B provides the additional 30 hours required to complete the full 60 hours Broker Pre-Licensing education. In Broker A, we dive into the essential knowledge and skills needed to operate as a licensed real estate broker, emphasizing real estate brokerage law and practice.
Broker B: Like Broker A, Broker B satisfies 30 of the 60 hours required for your Broker Licensing Exam. These two courses can be taken in any order. In Broker B, we continue exploring the core principles and practices of real estate brokerage, preparing you to become a licensed real estate broker who safeguards the public interest and passes the Mississippi State real estate license examination.
Broker Post-License: If you’re holding a temporary broker’s license, you must complete a 30-hour post-license course required by the Mississippi Real Estate Commission. This course is designed to be completed within twelve months of obtaining your temporary broker’s license. It covers essential topics, preparing you for your journey as a licensed broker.
These courses are designed to help you navigate the path to becoming a licensed broker in Mississippi. At the Mississippi REALTORS® Institute, we’re dedicated to providing the education and support you need throughout your journey.
